APPOINTMENTS:
Please schedule your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date, time and stylist/therapist. We do accept walk-ins, but without an appointment, we can not guarantee availability.
CHECK IN:
For Spa Services and Treatments, we suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to review your schedule and fill out the necessary paperwork. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for her next client.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS:
Please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy. Common courtesy in this regard will allow available time slots to be rescheduled and will help with time management. Chronic abuse of failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment will result in future appointments only being held with a 50% deposit.
SPECIAL NEEDS AND MEDICAL CONTITIONS:
Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions. This will help customize your service to ensure your maximum enjoyment and benefits.
COMFORT:
Although massage and some body treatments require the removal of clothing, respect for your privacy is our primary concern. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Careful draping procedures are observed at all times, and we encourage you to communicate any discomfort to your therapist. For your convenience and comfort, a spa robe and slippers will be provided, if necessary.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
We are committed to your privacy. We keep all personal and medical information confidential and well-secured.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
Because Spa services require bare skin and freedom to move, we request that you refrain from wearing jewelry. Elegant Salon and Spa may not be held responsible for lost articles.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Elegant Salon and Spa gift certificates make an ideal gift for any occasion. Gift certificates may be purchased for any dollar amount over $10.00 and may be used toward products or services of choice.
GRATUITY:
Prices do not include gratuity. In appreciation to the staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
CONSULTATIONS:
Consultations on our services or products are available over the phone or in person.
